Dear Limited Partner,

We are pleased to announce several leadership changes in Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) in the Americas region, building on the team’s strong momentum and strengthening our capabilities as we continue to pursue investment opportunities for our clients.

After nearly six years leading the MIRA Americas business, Graeme Conway is moving to a new global role as Chief Commercial Officer for the broader Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) Group, where he will focus on strategic initiatives and corporate development opportunities for the Group. Graeme will remain in New York and will continue to be an active member of the Investment Committee for Macquarie Infrastructure Partners (MIP).

We are delighted that David Fass, currently CEO of Macquarie Group in EMEA, will become head of the MIRA Americas division effective April 1. David joined Macquarie in Europe as its first regional CEO in 2011 and has led the region’s development through a period of significant growth. David’s financial services career spans over 30 years with expertise in capital markets and advisory.

David is expected to join the MIP Investment Committee where he will work with the MIP team to continue the MIP Funds’ track record of selective acquisitions, strong asset management and delivering investment returns for investors. David’s broad expertise and leadership skills will enable MIRA to continue its long-term focus on the infrastructure market in the Americas, while enhancing our engagement with clients, key stakeholders and communities.

We are also pleased to confirm that Brenden Woods will be joining MIRA in May to lead the Investor Solutions Group in the Americas. Brenden is returning to MIRA, where he worked from 2006-2013, following two years as head of investor relations at Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and prior to that, as a Partner at StepStone, where he founded and led the firm’s infrastructure business. During his previous time at Macquarie, Brenden worked in the United States, Asia, Australia and Europe where he held various roles including Chief Operating Officer for MIRA’s Asia business.

We look forward to introducing you to David at the Annual General Meeting in just a few days. Until then, should you have any questions regarding these events or the MIP funds’ investments, strategy or performance, please do not hesitate to contact us at mip

Sincerely,

Macquarie Infrastructure Partners
