Dear Shareholders and Investors,

Following our recent announcement regarding the appointment of David Neal as IFM Investors’ next Chief Executive, I am now able to provide you with the date for David’s commencement in his role and for the effective retirement date of our current Chief Executive, Brett Himbury.

  • Brett Himbury’s retirement will be effective on Friday 27 March 2020
  • David Neal will commence in the Chief Executive role on Monday 30 March 2020

David Neal has been able to commence at IFM earlier than anticipated. Brett has agreed to assist in the transition to the new Chief Executive until the end of December 2020, as previously advised. He will be available for support and advice to the business during this period.

We look forward to welcoming David and on behalf of the Board and the IFM team globally, I would once again like to convey our thanks to Brett. During his decade as Chief Executive he has made an immeasurable contribution to the growth and success of IFM Investors and by extension to millions of super and pension fund members.
